That's why we're proud to sponsor the 8th Annual Geauga Veterans Sport Fest, happening Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Great Lakes Outdoor Supply in Middlefield.

A Day of Community With an Important Purpose

The Geauga Veterans Sport Fest brings our community together for an afternoon of fun while raising support for local veterans organizations throughout Geauga County.

Gates open at 3 p.m., with food and beverages available throughout the event. New this year is a cornhole tournament, and the evening will wrap up with a fireworks show around 8 p.m.

But behind all of the fun is a much bigger purpose: Proceeds from the event are donated directly to Geauga County-based veteran posts and organizations that work to serve and support local veterans.

We're grateful to the organizers, businesses and community leaders who continue to support this event and our local veterans, including Geauga County Commissioner Ralph Spidalieri.

The 8th Annual Geauga Veterans Sport Fest takes place Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Great Lakes Outdoor Supply, located at 14855 North State Avenue in Middlefield.

Admission is free, gates open at 3 p.m., and fireworks begin around 8 p.m.
